PIPES

PIPES or Private Investments in Public Equity are private financings that allow public companies to raise money without the time and expense of a public offering. Public companies use PIPES in order to raise money quickly or in an amount that would be impracticable in a public offering.

PIPES are typically offerings of common stock placed with institutional investors and the common stock is registered shortly after completion of the offering.

The DDK team works with client companies to structure and place PIPES, allowing these companies to access additional capital.
